Safety in the water and complete mastery of the different swimming styles is very important. This requires small classes and sufficient teaching time to ensure that your children learn to swim properly.

Guidelines from swimsports.ch

As recommended by swimsports.ch, we teach 12 x 45 minutes. This makes a total of 9 hours. We teach according to the guidelines of swimsports.ch and The American Red Cross.

Courses & Prices

2 courses per year

  • There are 2 courses of 12 lessons each per year in the Telli indoor pool
  • Course participation for children aged four and a half or five years and older.
  • There are no courses during and before the Aarau school vacations.
  • All courses take place on Saturday mornings.

Course prices

  • CHF 315.00 per course (12 lessons of 45 min. each)
  • Course location: Telli indoor swimming pool (admission not included)
  • A 12-person subscription for admission to the indoor pool (total CHF 30.00) is recommended.
  • Parents/accompanying persons are not permitted in the water.
  • From 3 children of the same family we grant a price reduction.

Duration of a lesson

  • SeaStar lessons last 45 minutes.
  • This gives enough time for warm-up games and exercises.
  • This is followed by 35 minutes of teaching and repetition.
  • This results in a total of 9 hours per level.
